Upon successful completion of this course, student should be able to:

1.  Understand the Participatory, reflective and engaging teaching pedagogy for personal application of business communications with it's interdisciplinary influences and behaviors required in changing times.

2. Define, discuss, and recognize important terminology, facts, concepts, principles, analytic techniques, and theories taught in this managerial communication course.
