Enrollment Verification

Today is Monday, May 21, 2012

The University of Texas at Arlington has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment verification services to students at no cost.

What is an Enrollment Verification?

An Enrollment Verification is an official document that contains your enrollment information at UT Arlington for each semester. We cannot verify enrollment at other institutions. This includes:

  • The semester begin/end dates
  • Your Anticipated Graduation Date
  • Your Enrollment Status
  • Letter of Intent

Letter of Intent

If you need proof of enrollment, but it is before the Census date, you will need to obtain a Letter of Intent. You may obtain one from the National Student Clearinghouse following the same instructions for obtaining an Enrollment Verification. If for some reason the agency to which you are sending your Letter of Intent will not accept a verification from the National Student Clearinghouse, you may place a request with our office, which can be placed by fax, mail or in person. However, the typical time required to generate these is 2-4 weeks.

In order to obtain a Letter of Intent, you must be registered for the term that you are requesting us to verify.
