Zhiyong Yang(BSc, MSc, MBA, and PhD) received his doctoral degree in marketing from Concordia University in Canada. Prior to entering the academic world, he spent a few years in industry as a marketing manager and consultant. His research focuses on social influence on consumer behavior. His work has appeared in the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, the Journal of Retailing, the Journal of Business Research, and the Journal of Service Research. His research has been supported by Fonds québécois de la recherche sur la société et la culture (FQRSC) of Canada, Statistics Canada, and UTA. |
