Who can join AMA@UTA?

AMA@UTA is open to all current students at The University of Texas at Arlington.

How can I join AMA@UTA?

To join the AMA@UTA, simply download and complete an application (click the link below), and turn it with a check to pay the membership fee.

How much is the membership fee?

The membership fee is $75.00.Please make your check payable to AMA@UTA. This membership fee includes a one-time payment of $15 to support our collegiate chapter and a total $60 for membership in the national and professional DFW/AMA.

Where do I submit my application along with the fees?

You may take the completed application and cash, check, or money order to the Marketing Department office (234 Business Building), and ask the receptionist to place it in the AMA@UTA mailbox. You may also submit your application directly and used a credit card to pay your membership fee by contacting our VP of Membership, Amanda Haddadin

What else do I need to know?

Be sure to sign the Statement of Ethics agreement on the back of the form before submitting it. Currently Dr. Elten Briggs and Dr. Jeff Wallman are the faculty advisors. One of them will confirm your status as a student and provide the Faculty Sponsor Signature before we send your application to the national office for processing. The faculty sponsor signature can be added after you submit your application to us.
