Robin is part of The Hershey Company’s Global Knowledge & Insights (GKI) group. While the company headquarters are based in Hershey, PA, Robin is currently located in Minneapolis, MN supporting Hershey’s Target office. Robin currently works in US Shopper Insights supporting Hershey’s Sales & Category Strategy group for The Target Corporation.

Prior to this role, Robin used to live in Hershey, PA supporting Hershey’s Global Insights team with initiatives in US, Latin America, and Asia. He joined The Hershey Company in 2009 supporting Hershey’s Variety Brands such as Kit Kat, Almond Joy, York, etc. He also supported US and global research initiatives for Hershey’s Chocolate World with stores in Hershey, Chicago, New York, Shanghai, Singapore, and Dubai. Typical research projects within his scope include concept testing, consumer-driven ideation, product testing, package testing, ad testing, financial valuation, qualitative (traditional and non-traditional) research, segmentation, A&U, and brand/ equity tracking. He’s also worked with Tyson Foods, Lieberman Research Worldwide, and RadioShack. He has supplier and client side (US and Global) experience in multiple verticals such as CPG, retail, consumer electronics, transportation, and security to name a few.

Robin earned his BE in Computer Science & Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, India and his MS in Marketing Research from University of Texas, Arlington. Robin is married and has two daughters. He is an avid college football (Hook’em’Horns) and NBA (Go Spurs #5) follower and claims to be both team’s No.2 fan. He lost his No.1 spot to both of his baby girls who never miss the opportunity to cheer for their Dad’s favorite Texas teams.
