Aim of education is to establish an order where human beings are not deprived of social justice, economic justice in the field of social, economic, political, cultural, religious life. Indian caste system, in spite of technology advancement imbibe culture perpetuating inequalities. Uses of information technology is capable of changing future of such victims of caste system if it is reaching up to Indian villages.
Aim of education within four walls of class room & outside is to establish an order where privileges meant for human being are reaching them & no deprivation takes place on considerations of social, economic, political, cultural, religious, caste & other statuses. Relevance of education as a profession is in terms of socio-cultural changes resulting in economic change. Global perception of education is for social cohesion, learning & living together for transformation of national order and international order & well being of human resources.
Education is such a field that it is accepted by weakest of the weak, willing to contribute every thing for educating children. But majority of Indian population can’t afford even free education: Information technology is not reachable to them.
India is lagging behind because it has not won battle against poverty, illiteracy, socio-economic inequalities caste system is not allowing India to march forward and India is going backward in the history.
Commercialization has taken over national requirements and national requirements like transformation of the society, imparting globally appropriate education, values, respect tolerance, creativity, preparing individuals to understand duties & responsibilities, develop necessary competence, skills, attitudes, values, behaviour appropriate for new business environment. Future education is meant for gearing up & developing global culture & international employment market open to all.
Information Technology as educational tool is having potentials to transform backward societies like India. Indian Policy must begin with statement of mission, develop capacities of individuals, create opportunities for weakest of the weak in the society & to rediscover socio-cultural ethos, contributing towards sense of belonging locally & globally & making it reaching up to the last man.
Culture refers to `Social factors' greatly influencing economics i.e. productivity of the company and nation.
