Technology Application Solution Informal Discussion. Students will make a 5-8 minute ungraded class presentation on the options to solve their problem/decision/situation. Following the presentation, the class will brainstorm for 3-4 minutes on how to improve the solution. Total time for each student will be approximately 12-13 minutes. So, time your presentation carefully so you spend your time getting feedback, not presenting. I will give a you 2 minute warning after 5-6 minutes of presentation.
One slide on the problem/situation and stakeholders
One summary slide of the needs/capacities of major stakeholders
The IT options you are considering along with advantages and disadvantages of each (maybe one slide for each major option)
One slide on recommendations on how to proceed
