Possible Agenda for This Meeting: 

  1. Approve vision, guiding principles (if not already approved) approve condition of concern to email in before midnight
  2. Review data/information on community.  Assign person(s) to develop a draft description of community for the assessment.
  3. Begin developing a list of needs, capacities, and barriers from each source of data.  Everyone should make their own list.
  4. Review data/information on existing services and assign person(s) to develop a draft description of the existing service system for the assessment.
  5. Discuss one key agency to look at in more detail and assign person(s) to bring in information on that agency for the task force to look at
  6. Assign person(s) to look for model programs to include in the assessment and the evidence on those model programs.
