Admissions Deadlines

The Health Care Administration Program does not have its own application deadline. The Graduate School's deadline for applications for the Fall semester is approximately June 15; for Spring admissions, approximately October 25.

It takes a while for applications to be processed and these deadlines should be adhered to whenever possible. Also, the following considerations should be kept in mind.

  • Ft. Worth cohorts start in the Fall and Dallas cohorts start in the Spring.
  • We try to keep the cohorts a manageable size. We will make every effort to accommodate all individuals for Fall admission who are fully qualified and who have applied by the deadline. We may not be able to accommodate applicants who apply after that date because of space considerations.
  • Admissions decisions take a while. Please give six weeks before expecting to hear from UTA regarding your application. If you have applied late (after the deadline) do not expect to hear from UTA until very near the beginning of the semester for which you have requested admission.
