Assistant Controller 

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. acquires, develops and operates dialysis centers in joint venture partnership with nephrologists in their local markets across the United States.  Our company is led by a seasoned senior management team with collectively over 150 years of experience in healthcare management and operations.  Currently we are seeking an Assistant Controller to join our dynamic team at our new corporate headquarters, in Addison, Texas. 

The Assistant Controller will be an integral part of the company�s growth plan and will be responsible for taking a role in future acquisitions.  Job responsibilities include: 

        Preparation of consolidated and consolidating of financial statements for multiple locations, legal entities and partnership reporting.

        Ensuring compliance with current accounting procedures and implementing policies.

        Financial and cash flow reporting in Access and Excel.

        Managing a team of five degreed professional staff.

        Application of GAPP particularly with respect to acquisitions

        Manage month end close process and related financial reporting.  

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as manage a team.  Must have a detail and analytical mindset, be articulate in communicating verbally and in writing and the ability to multitask and prioritize different projects. Minimum of five years experience. Healthcare experience required.  CPA required.  Salary commensurate on experience.
