Professor Tsay teaches and conducts research in the areas of information systems, managerial and cost accounting. He has published articles in The International Journal of Business, The Accounting Review, and other journals. He recently authored the text book, Visual Basic Programming. Dr. Tsay has lectured internationally at universities, organizations and businesses.
