Q:

Where can I get help if I am having trouble
understanding the material in one of my accounting classes?
|
A:

Your first avenue should be to contact your
instructor to request advice on how to best prepare for class.
In addition, the Department of Accounting provides a Tutoring Lab in room 436 B.
Prior to visiting the lab you should become familiar with
lab policies (pdf,
7k). Operating hours for the lab are posted in the
Announcements section of this website.
Finally, the University SOAR Office
provides tutoring (supplemental instruction or SI) for a limited number of
principles of accounting classes. Details may be obtained at the
SOAR website
and are also available in the Announcements section of this website.
